In this one-on-one session, we’ll take a deep dive into your vision for well-being. Using powerful questioning techniques, we’ll explore your current state, identify what’s getting in the way, and uncover the internal and external resources you already have, as well as those you may need to cultivate, to move toward your ideal state of health.
This session brings clarity, insight and a clear sense of direction to serve as the starting point for creating meaningful, sustainable change.

These sessions are designed to keep you moving forward with clarity, confidence and momentum. We’ll reflect on your progress, fine-tune your nutrition and lifestyle strategies and work through any challenges that arise.
Using targeted NLP techniques, we’ll shift limiting beliefs, strengthen motivation and rewire thought patterns that may be holding you back so you can take aligned, purposeful action with ease. Together, we’ll reinforce the habits, mindset, and behaviours that support your long-term well-being - so change feels natural and sustainable.

This package is designed to set you up for meaningful, sustainable change in your health and well-being.
We begin with a comprehensive Initial Consultation, where we explore your current state, uncover interferences and get clear on your ideal vision of wellness.
Your three Follow-Up Coaching Sessions provide ongoing support, accountability and momentum. Together, we’ll fine-tune your nutrition and lifestyle strategies, overcome any blocks and apply NLP-based tools to help rewire unhelpful patterns and reinforce aligned, sustainable habits.
This package gives you the foundation, tools, and guidance to start living in a way that truly supports your goals - physically, mentally and emotionally.

Nutrition Consultation

This one-on-one session is designed to support your individual health goals with practical, personalised nutrition strategies. Whether you're looking to improve energy, support gut health, manage weight or enhance overall well-being, we’ll focus on what works best for your body and lifestyle.
Together, we’ll explore your current eating habits, lifestyle factors and health goals. I’ll provide clear, evidence-based recommendations along with a personalised meal plan outline, grounded in a carb-appropriate approach tailored to your needs. This means we’ll determine the right balance of nutrients to support your unique metabolism, preferences and goals -without unnecessary restriction.
You’ll walk away with a realistic, flexible plan to eat well, feel great, and build lasting habits that align with your life.
