Kia ora! My name is Victoria Kruse, and I am excited to share my journey with the Te Aroha and Morrinsville community through this column. Growing up in Turangi, surrounded by breathtaking nature and the warmth of small-town life, I have always held a deep appreciation for well-being and balance in life.
A Journey Around the World
In my early 30s, I decided to swap my serene surroundings for a thrilling overseas adventure, which evolved into more than twenty years of exploration. During this time, I was fortunate to meet my Australian husband, and together, we’ve experienced some of the most beautiful places on earth. From the stunning beaches of Bali to the lush landscapes of Langkawi and the serene vibes of Fiji, and even to the tranquillity of the Maldives, each place has taught me vital lessons about wellness and living your best life.

This column, “Wellness Your Way,” will be a space where I share tips and insights to help you embrace your best self. Whether you want to incorporate mindfulness into your busy schedule, find balance in your daily routine, or simply learn how to enjoy the little moments that life offers, I am here to guide you.
